In February, players are waiting for a major Lightfall update, which will add a new planet to the game universe, on which people lived and developed in parallel, not knowing about the existence of your civilization. The planet will be called Neptune and is made of neon colors. Players will be able to go through a new story company and learn about the continuation of the fate of Calus.
To prepare for the upgrade, it is recommended to get to 300 power level, or higher, in order to be ready for all the changes. This can be done through quests and contracts, dungeons, or order Destiny 2 Carry Service from professional players.
Main Classes:
- Titanium
- Warlock
- Hunter
Titan
The prototype of a knight in the future setting with the use of firearms. The titans are the creators and guardians of the main city, for whom it is a matter of honor to defend its mouth.
Huge titans protect allies by absorbing damage and using skills to create protective barriers. Dangerous in close combat and at medium distances. Unleashes steel fists when needed.
Warlock
The prototype of the shooter and the magician in the theme of a fantasy shooter. Warlocks are sages who dedicate themselves to fighting the darkness in all its manifestations and seeking new knowledge.
Warlock is dangerous at medium distances, capable of firing and inflicting massive damage on the enemy and healing allies, which makes him an indispensable soldier in massive PVP battles and raids.
Hunter
Prototype of a special forces soldier. Dangerous at long range and in close combat. With ease, he will use a dagger and traps to destroy the enemy who dares to approach him.
According to legend, hunters are wanderers without a home, but life in the desert and the struggle for survival made them first-class shooters and mercenaries. They wear special cloaks as a symbol of a contract to kill. According to legend, the hunter must take the cloak of the fallen brother and complete his contract.
Pumping
All characters, regardless of the chosen class, are pumped in three main ways:
- Complete quests from the storyline, simultaneously mastering game content and delving into the history of the planets and the world.
- They are pumped on gaming locations without reference to quests, with an emphasis on contracts.
Contracts are optional quests that can be bought from NPCs in the main city. Quests are similar to the reach system and require the destruction of certain monsters, the use of specific weapons, and the offering of various ways to destroy enemies. For each contract, the character will receive a certain amount of experience. Tasks are daily, weekly, and monthly. It’s best to take everything if possible.
Subclasses
A subclass is an additional skill related to the element and direction that the character will follow.
The Bangie thought of three options for character development:
- Lightning
- Sun
- Emptiness
- Stand (Future subclass in the Lightfall update)
By choosing a direction, you will find the corresponding weapon and ammo for it and will inflict increased damage when using special ammunition.
Which subclass to choose on the class example:
Titan Striker – uses lightning. When attacking, it inflicts many AoE attacks on enemies. When combined with the basic skills of the tank and defender, the titan will not only hold back opponents but also inflict enormous damage on them, significantly helping their allies.
The Stand allows you to use the blades on your arms to bleed in close combat.
Hunter Gunslinger – uses the energy of the sun to deal accurate and powerful damage to a single target. Essentially turning him into a sniper class. If the allies manage to provide the hunter with reliable protection, then he will become a storm of bosses and PVP opponents.
The stand will allow you to use projectiles for long-range attacks on targets.
Warlock Voidwalker – Uses a void weapon to deal massive sphere damage to enemies. The Warlock is an AoE character, and the more damage he deals to opponents, the better. Do not forget that a Warlock is also a support unit – combine the skills to support the titan and the hunter, and your group will be practically invincible.
The stand will allow you to use a weapon on a rope to spin and attack targets at different distances.
To start using a subclass, you need to get a relic by passing a test.
Do not worry – the test is to destroy opponents in the way you choose – emptiness, sun, or lightning.
In an open subclass, you will invest ability points that will enhance your choice.
Before choosing a subclass, you can familiarize yourself with all the branches of development, understand the main directions and benefits and evaluate the benefits.
Often the options will be between damage, healing, or debuffs. Ideally, if you play as a team, then you can immediately combine game skills; if you are a solo player, then always focus on solo play, choosing damage.
